Shipping Policy

All Curious Cat Cuckoo Clocks include FREE SHIPPING!  Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days, and will arrive 2 to 5 days later, depending on your location.

 We ship to locations within the 50 states only. 

 All Curious Cat Cuckoo Clocks are professionally packed and shipped by UPS. 

Each shipment is fully insured, so if your clock arrives in damaged condition, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE!   Leave the clock in its box, and contact support@CuriousCatCuckooClocks.com to arrange for a claim and replacement.

If you are disatisfied with your clock for any reason, please contact support@CuriousCatCuckooClocks.com to arrange for its return undamaged in its original packaging, with all booklets included.  After the undamaged clock is received, we will process a refund of your amount paid - less shipping fees. 

Warranty and Certification

All Curious Cat Cuckoo Clocks carry a 2 year warranty. 

All the mechanical Cuckoo Clocks,  which are described as 1 Day or 8 Day Cuckoo Clocks, are "Certified Black Forest" Cuckoo Clocks.  We also carry Quartz Cuckoo Clocks made by the same prestigious manufacturers, and of the same excellent quality, but  not "certified"  because they are not mechanical.
